    Introduction:
    The world once had a noble-dream of having a unitary government and living in a peaceful world. With the concept of globalization of the late 90s, the world has never been so close to a unification of the world in human history. European society is well known for multiculturalism under the idea of liberty, fraternity, and equality. It tried to embrace different cultures and respect them. A European government is an ideological goal for EU citizens who live in current society. European Union might seem like a step for a cooperation of various nation-states among the world. In fact, numerous politicians seek the way to unify European countries under federalism.
