2. General Impression
- 휠체어 타고 치료실 들어옴. 양쪽 발에 AFO 착용, 보호자의 손을 잡고 보행. both calf muscle의 lengthening 수술 시행. sitting position에서 trunk는 전반적으로 flexion 되어있고 pelvic은 posterior tilting 되어있음. gait시 trunk의 instability, pelvic에서 anterior tilting이 보이며 swing phase 시 trunk를 뒤로 젖힘. 인지에는 문제 없어보임.
