1. Executive Summary
In the modern society, people are extremely busy in the morning. Having breakfast is good for health. However, people usually skip their breakfast due to laziness, work, and school. According to ‘the 2007 nation health nutrition research’, 45% of Koreans have irregular breakfast. More details refer to following graph Figure1. People have brunch as a substitute for breakfast. Automatically, nowadays, the brunch food became a potential expecting market.

Nevertheless, many restaurants and convenience stores in Korea have limited brunch menu. For instance, there are sandwich, hamburger, Kim-bab, noodle. People have been fed up with existed menu. They want something different and tasty to eat for brunch. We consider more serious about these problems and decide to develop new product.
