    - E-resources pay close attention to new subscriptions. Because, these are high price and if do not continue to subscribe, not used the past calendar year DB.
    - It refer to authoritative assessment tool(SCI register check, JCR Impact Factor, etc) and publishers access denied statistics.
    - DB that every disciplines are contained or DB basics study to support is selected first.
    - User request isn't accepted.
    - E-journal is selected by comparing contained titles to minimize duplication.
    - When the publsher publishes print-journal and E-journal at the same time, E-journal is selected, in principle.
    - As far as possible, package purchasing is avoided. Only necessary title is
