Room and F&B rate is 6:4, banquet and wedding rate is 16~18% of total sales. Although we're first class hotel, rate is relatively reasonable. Then, the reutilization is very high.

4) When is the Commodore Hotel's peak season? For what reason?
= Our peak season is from September until November. Because a variety of events are held in Busan(e.g. PIFF, Jagalchi festival). In July to August, It's not peak season but, rooms are almost full. Because many people visit Hae-un-dae, many guests come here to avoid crowd attract reasonable price and to attract reasonable price.
