    HIF가 저산소증에서 안정화 glucose  lactate 전환
    HIF-1은 산소에 민감한 HIF-1α subunit과 HIF-1β subunit이heterodimer를 형성하여 DNA 에 결합
    HIF-1의 안정화는 angiogenesis를 유발
    산소가 풍부한 상황에서 HIF-1α는 PDH(prolyl hydroxylases)에 의해TCA cycle에서 나온 a-ketoglutarate를 사용하여 hydroxylated


    Tumor suppressor 단백질
    hydroxylated HIF-1α 는 VHL에 의해 인식  proteasome에서 분해
    HIF-1α는 저산소환경이 아닌 상 황에서는 계속 합성되고 분해됨
