     The 3-for-1 split effectively cuts the price of an individual Potash Corp share after a 70 per cent increase over the past year. The move will help improve trading liquidity and encourage more retail investors to invest in the company. Potash is upgraded from “hold” to “buy” and boosted its price target from $61 to $67 by Citigroup.
     Potash shares rose $1.14 +2% in premarket trading. Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of US $0.07 per share payable August 5, 2011 to shareholders of record July 15, 2011.

     Soley, the steel industry is affected by many economic and financial factors, and finally became very weak industry.
     Last year, the last quarter of the society was the week period. Some assume that the weakness will be dragged till the beginning of 2011.
     Due to democratization movement in Arabic countries, construction companies are withdrawing their plans which ultimately lead to a decrease in steel industries.
     The Arbic democratization movement also affected the price level of goods in the markets because the oil nations are highly related to the world.
