But the actual condition couldn't reach the legal duty employment rate, so the necessity to activate the law was proposed.
Therefore, in this research, we're going to analyze the actual condition and problem related to the legal∙institutional∙operational thing and we're going to find the way to activate the employment of disabled people.
The unemployment rate of the disabled is considerably high compare to non-disabled people
Government makes a provision about employment rate for disabled people and force employment to be accomplished in fixed level
BUT, the rate of employment which the government decides is not kept actually
