    Franchise business is the relationship franchisors provide franchisees to operation, education, products, no-how and so on. They manage the business together. In other words, In Franchise business, manufacturers and distributors who can make and sell product are franchisors. And, Individual outlets are franchisees. Wherever you go, there are many stores provide same interior, same menu, same price and service to customers. This system is found at many restaurants. Customers know they can receive same service in same brand and they do not stop going to those outlets because they trust the brand itself. Through McDonald's and Paris Baguette, Let's find out franchise's advantages and their purpose of pursuing.



    McDonald's

    McDonald's franchise is familiar to all races as well as the Korean. McDonald's is also famous as a symbol of capitalism, leaving the business. 'McDonald's founder is Raymond Kroc. He ran his money and bought the dealership for a milkshake machine was a hit in the 1950s. But, Kroc went to the west blindly after noticing that Mcdonald's brothers hamburger shop was very popular in California In 1954. Kroc suggested to Mcdonal's brothers franchise business. The brothers accepted the suggestion. Kroc opened the first Mcdonal's hamburger franchise in 1955. The sales of first day were 366dollars 12cents. After Mcdonald's brothers had TV advertising at the very first, franchise business started rapid growth. Mcdonald's as international franchise company has grown as role model of other famous franchise companies. Because it was the first company achieving modern franchise. Mcdonal's said their success reason began from franchise operation. One of Mcdonald's philosophies is each franchsors should success preferentially to whole grow th of company. This system make partnership between company's management and franchisors, So they keep their partnership through trust.
