    ● Labor unions/regulations and cost

    - No other Intel manufacturing plant has a labor union. The presence of labor union might trigger unionization in other manufacturing/design/R&D sites.
    Selecting a manufacturing site is primarily for the purpose of hedging the possibilities of shut downs caused by natural disasters or strikes.
    Second important reason is to efficiently tap low labor cost in assembly/test manufacturing site.
    Third reason is to increase volume production capacity in order to lower cost per unit so that Intel could beat its competitors with technological R&D, time to market, and cost.

    ● Availability of Workforce
    Intel manufacturing facility would require more than 3,000 substantially trained personnel
    Intel strategically expanded and upgraded its facilities in other sites, therefore it is highly
    Probable that Latin American site would be done so in matter of years once it is successfully set

    ● Infrastructure
    Transportation / Delivery : Frequent air flights on strategic world markets are needed since
    the tested end products are going to be 100% exported via air
    Clean room technological support : No stoppage of electricity, ultra-pure water at reasonably cheap price

    ● Government Incentives

    Government incentive is a substantially decisive criteria concerned with our Latin America
