My preferred study field at UNIST Graduate School is in the area of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. I am deeply fascinated by the intricate workings of electronic devices, the power of electrical systems, and their vast applications in various industries. This field offers a multitude of opportunities to explore innovative technologies, solve complex problems, and contribute to the advancement of society.
Within Electrical and Electronic Engineering, my primary interest lies in the field of microelectronics and integrated circuit design. The ability to design and fabricate integrated circuits that power modern electronic devices has revolutionized our daily lives. I am intrigued by the challenges involved in designing high-performance, low-power, and reliable integrated circuits. By exploring this field, I aim to contribute to the development of cutting-edge microelectronic devices and advance the capabilities of integrated circuits.
Moreover, I am fascinated by the field of telecommunications and signal processing. The ability to transmit and process information efficiently and reliably is vital in todays interconnected world. I am interested in studying topics such as wireless communication systems, digital signal processing, and network protocols.
