    Ⅰ-1. Study Background & Purpose
    Study Background
    Now, When people take advantage of hospital, patients undergo discomfort in various aspects. One of the discomforts is that patients directly delivery examination result from existing hospital to new hospital., As patients displace hospital. And when patient putout to relieve the discomfort. medical document, patient directly visit treated hospital. So we suppose KMIS

    Purpose of KMIS
    We suppose that KMIS(Korean Medical Information System) . For government supervises citizen’s health information more than systematic and effective and this relieve patient’s discomfort about medical documents.

    That is, All citizen’s medical information is collected in KMIS. And as KMIS supervise the information, KMIS reduce having patients, hospital, and government discomfort and effectively manage the information.


    KMIS is citizen medical date integrated management system that supervises and save citizen’s health & medical information by grafting Cloud Computing in government and is Korean Medical Information System of abbreviation.
    Cloud Computing is function that information is saved in internet and if you have IT equipment, you bring up information anywhere by Cloud Computing. KMIS saves citizen’s medical data in cloud using these information of Cloud Computing. So, each hospital confirm patient’s information with agreement of the patient. Also though KMIS, Hospital share interchange between hospitals and doctors, besides patient’s records. And as accumulated patient’s data, doctors can proceed study. Patients not annoyingly visit hospital, and easily output medical document in house though KMIS. In addition, notice function of KMIS get health information, disease information, vaccination information. Government confirm citizen’s health condition and effectively supervise epidemic though KMIS.
    That is, KMIS is MIS that systematically supervise dispersed citizen’s health information in cloud at real time.
