    First strength of TOMS is the donation. As you know, when we buy a pair of shoes, the company donates one pair for poor child. It’s a distinctive strength unlike other companies.
    And tom’s shoes is very comfortable. Most of people who use this shoes said it is very light and comfortable.
    Also, if you go to the web site of TOM’s, you could see many kinds of shoes.
    Weakness
    There are many kinds in online shop. But, in the off-line shop, there are not many kinds of shoes. It’s the weakness.
    And classic toms has low heels. It will be a weakness to the people who want to high heels.
    Opportunity
    In recent, TOMS launched a eyewear. It means they are expanding their donation promotion. Afterward, they will launch many promotions with various products.
    Threat
    One small threat for this company is similarity. When they launched a unique style of TOMS, many companies launched a similar style of this shoes. But, they are just style similarity not One for One. So we think that isn't a major threat
