Before talking about NHN organizational Culture, we’ll talk about reason why we choose NHN. We thought Culture is most important thing at company. Usually, many companies have vertical structure at their companies. But, some companies have horizontal structure. It means they have horizontal culture. We found horizontal culture companies like Google. Google is best company related in horizontal culture. But, we want to deal with Korean companies. So, we chose NHN which is best companies at IT part in Korea. NHN has very good culture and compensation system.
And we found another big issue. That is high rate turnover at IT Companies. Their turnover is no.1 compare with other companies include other IT companies. It means NHN has some problem. We focus on NHN organizational culture and structure problems.
Now, we are going to introduce about NHN Company. And then, we will talk about NHN organizational problem and give some solution. And finally, we make conclusion.
