Ⅰ. 기술규정 Technical regulation
Document which ①lays down product characteristics(상품의 특성을 규정) or their related processes and production methods, including the applicable administrative provisions, with which ②compliance is mandatory(상품특성의 준수가 의무). It may also include or deal exclusively with terminology, ③symbols, packaging, marking or labelling requirements (=identifiable 즉 구별할 수 있는 하나의 상품 또는 상품군에 적용할 수 있는 것 ) as they apply to a product, process or production method
‘기술규정’에 대한 판시(Report)
a measure constitutes a "technical regulation" if:
(a) the measure affects one or more given products;
(b) the measure specifies the technical characteristics of the product(s) which allow them to be marketed in the Member that took the measure;
(c) compliance is mandatory.
